Shipping - Australia
All items are posted via Australian Registered Post.
Any item purchased incurs a flat fee of $7.50 Australia Wide
Shipping - International
Yes we do ship internationally.
First item is charged at $13.95 and $5.00 for every subsequent item.Any further taxes imposed by customs is passed on to the customer.
Delivery Times
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 10 working days to deliver all items(this does not apply to Guest Books, please read our information on ordering Guest Books). Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a specific time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We use secure Paypal to process your orders online.
Please note that you do no require a Paypal account to pay using your Visa or credit card
We Are a Verified Merchant Operator
Verification increases the security of the PayPal network. As a verified member we have successfully completed PayPal's verification process to establish our identity with Paypal. This means greater security for you. If at anytime you have concerns regarding this, we invite you to contact us.
Other Methods of Payment
Payments made via bank deposit are available, by contacting us direct before purchase. Items will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will no longer be available to you and the item/s will be returned to stock.
What if a product I have ordered is out of stock?
If you have ordered a product which is out of stock, it will be displayed at checkout. Out of stock items are usually made up within the specified delivery times outlined above. Alternatively, we can also discuss the option of choosing an alternate product or design.
What can I expect from handmade items?
Handmade items are just that; made by hand. Because we handcraft each and every item displayed, there may be slight imperfections and/or variations between each and every product. We believe, where this occurs, it adds to the charm of our range. Slight, means just that too. There should be nothing that alters the whole design or function of our products or major imperfections. If these were to ever occur, please refer to our Returns section.
Handmade; means it's made with quality, passion and dedication.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchases, however if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered*, we will credit your return using the same method of payment including incurred freight charges.
We will accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us if the item is damaged or faulty or not as originally ordered* within 5 days of delivery.
- You must return the product in its original, re-saleable condition including the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- A copy of your receipt must be included
* Not as "originally ordered" refers only to the wrong item being delivered (We wouldn't do that!)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges because the customer changes their mind. Please be aware of your purchase and contact us if you require further information.
How Do I know If My Order Has Been Received?
We understand that shopping on the internet can be a very anxious experience for some, so we like to keep you up-to-date with your purchase by informing you of the status of your order. From the time of purchase, you'll receive a confirmation of your order and another email notifying you that your item has been dispatched. If at anytime you have any queries about your purchase, we encourage you to email or phone us and we will be happy to assist you.
Supporting Australian Industry & Businesses
Each and every product available is Australian made and designed. At Beckoning Designs we very are proud to be able to use the very best materials to handcraft our stationery. 99% of all materials we use come from Australian businesses. Where we need to source products or materials, we prefer to use Australian products.
Stock Availability
All of our products are hand made in small quantities and although we endeavour to keep stock of everything we make, there are times when an item has sold out and we are producing more. Where this occurs we will let you know by writing next to the item when it is due in. Therefore purchases can still be made and we will contact you either by email or phone, to inform you that your selected product is available.
Shopping in Peak Periods
During peak shopping periods such as Christmas/Mother's Day etc, there may be slight delays in shipping your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of purchases at any time, we will inform you immediately either by phone or email if any delays are apparent. If you require your items by a certain date, please notify us as soon as possible and we will assist you as best we can.
Discontinued Designs
If we are no longer using a particular design we will write next to the design informing you that the design is no longer available. If you have already made a purchase selecting the discontinued design, we will email you and offer another design, if we have no left over stock. Otherwise, we will refund your purchase, using your payment method.
Design Images
Sometimes the designs are not as they appear in the true light. Photography of these designs, do not always show the intricate details that appear on each design. Please also be aware that appearances may differ depending on the resolution and size of each monitor.
